Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase from The Hidden JEM. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit under the guidelines below.
Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, odors, or makeup will not be accepted
- Approved returns are issued store credit only
- Store credit is delivered via email and never expires

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
